Week 1-4 will be dedicated to the Refinement Phase:
This phase is dedicated to understanding the greater details of your project, needs and requirements further. As well as defining objectives and constraints, as well the stakeholder needs, before we move to the Design Phase.
This is a collaborative effort from both ends, and it's the most important phase to ensure timeline completion and the quality of the system.
To start this phase and the project timer, we need a couple of requests from your end:
- Book your Onboarding Call, a task already awaits you in Plutio.
- Share with us all the resources that you think can help us have context before the onboarding call.
