Setup Weekly Meetings
To ensure effective communication and coordination among project managers (PMs), developers, and designers for V1 and maintenance projects.
Step by step
PMs must have one 20-min call per project every week with devs during Monday or Tuesday (ideally early in the morning, considering the timezone of participants). This call should be scheduled once the development process has started in a new project comes in.
Devs must have one 20-min call per project every week during Monday or Tuesday (PM will schedule the time).
Designers must have one 20-min call daily with each of the PMs. (PM will schedule the time). If there's nothing to review, the call can be cancelled or dismissed.
Keep in mind
Meeting can and will sometimes extend, depending on the project. Try to prepare for that and book more time with each team member.
