Executive Assistant

Key responsabilities:
- Account management
- Team meetings
- Follow up with clients
- Social media management
- Create and send proposals
- Create, send, and manage invoices and payments
- Manage employee and contractor records
- Send emails texts and/or calls on behalf of management
- Help in any required task delegated by the immediate manager
