Executive Assistant

Position overview: the executive assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the agency. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a high level of discretion.

Key responsabilities:

  • Account management
  • Team meetings
  • Follow up with clients
  • Social media management 
  • Create and send proposals 
  • Create, send, and manage invoices and payments 
  • Manage employee and contractor records
  • Send emails texts and/or calls on behalf of management
  • Help in any required task delegated by the immediate manager 

Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive and self-motivated.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
