This SOP establish clear guidelines on how team members should communicate with clients to ensure professionalism, transparency, and adherence to company protocols.

- PMs may ask questions about tasks for clarification. This does not mean the tasks are ready for development.

- Tasks cannot be started unless explicitly assigned by PMs.

- Before acting on any new task, developers must review it with the PM. This ensures alignment on project priorities and clarifies any ambiguities.
- Assignment Protocol:
- Developers should only work on tasks that have been assigned by the PM. This helps maintain an organized workflow and ensures that the most critical tasks are prioritized.
- Clarification Does Not Mean Approval:
- When PMs ask questions about tasks, it is for clarification purposes. It does not imply that the task is ready for development. Wait for explicit assignment from the PM before starting any work.
