What is Sauron?
Sauron is an AI-powered assistant that analyzes your meetings (via TLDV) and Slack conversations. It provides daily insights, identifies opportunities, and monitors client health automatically.
Daily Automated Reports
Sauron automatically posts insights every morning at 8 AM UTC:

Health Scoring (Buy-in Formula)
Each client is scored on three dimensions:

Meeting Types
Sauron distinguishes between different meeting types:

Sales/discovery calls are automatically filtered out of client health reports.
Tips for Better Results
1. Be Specific
Include client names, project names, or topics for more accurate results.
2. Ask Follow-ups
Sauron keeps context within a thread for deeper conversations.
3. Check Daily Reports
Most insights are already posted automatically each morning.
Privacy & Security
Only accesses meetings recorded in TLDV
Only reads Slack channels it's explicitly invited to
Does not store data outside our systems
Filters sensitive information from content suggestions
Client intelligence stays in #pms (private channel)
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
Not responding | Make sure Sauron is invited to the channel |
Missing data | Data syncs daily; very recent meetings may not be available |
No findings | Check if there were meetings/messages in the previous day |
Report cutoff | Long reports continue in thread replies |
