Developers’ Lead (Low-Code/No-Code Platforms)

Position overview:  The Developers’ Lead is responsible for leading the development team, ensuring that all technical projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. This role acts as a point of reference for the development team, providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with other departments to align technical execution with business objectives. The Developer Lead works closely with the project managers, design team, and QA to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assign tasks and manage resource allocation within the team to ensure efficient workflows and project completion.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

Technical Oversight

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the development process on platforms such as Bubble, Glide, Flutterflow, and Webflow, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet established standards.
  • Verify and review database structures to ensure they support project requirements and are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Project Managers and clients, addressing any technical challenges or roadblocks and facilitating clear communication.
  • Provide and maintain technical documentation to support development processes and enable seamless knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Ensure that the development team adheres to Agile methodologies and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with project managers to define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure that user experience and functionality are aligned with technical capabilities.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in low-code/no-code platforms and ensure the team is trained on new features and tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the development workflow and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the development team by encouraging the use of new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in low-code/no-code platforms (Bubble, Glide, Flutterflow, Webflow).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Expertise in low-code/no-code development platforms, including custom API integrations and database management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
