Below is a detailed plan template with examples tailored for technical, operational, and management roles.


Objective of the Plan

  1. 30 Days: Learn and adapt – Build foundational knowledge of the role, tools, and team dynamics.

  2. 60 Days: Contribute and apply – Start delivering on key tasks and take ownership of responsibilities.

  3. 90 Days: Lead and excel – Demonstrate measurable results and develop long-term goals aligned with team objectives.

  • Day 1: Review the 30-60-90 day plan with the new hire and set expectations.
