Project Manager Trainee
Role Overview
The Project Manager Trainee at LowCode Agency serves as an entry point into project management, providing support to experienced Project Managers while developing the necessary skills to eventually manage projects independently. This role involves assisting with the coordination of low-code/no-code development projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, task management, and documentation. The Project Manager Trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and client success, while gaining hands-on experience that prepares them for future growth into a full Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support

Assist Project Managers with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking project progress

Help prepare project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation plans under the guidance of senior team members

Participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are captured and assigned
Client Communication

Support client communications by drafting updates, responding to basic inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate Project Manager

Help maintain clear and consistent client communication by organizing and documenting client requirements and feedback

Assist in gathering necessary resources from clients to facilitate timely project execution
Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales team, developers, designers, and QA, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with client needs.

Facilitate team meetings, including project kick-offs, progress reviews, and sprint planning.

Manage resource allocation, ensuring that the right team members are working on the right tasks at the right time.
Project Reporting and Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, workflows, and status reports

Document outputs of client calls led by Project Managers, capturing key action items and resource needs

Identify opportunities for process improvements within projects and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Experience

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related field

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with IT, low-code/no-code platforms (such as Glide, Bubble, Flutterflow) is a plus but not required

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
