Semaforo - Weekly Update
Semaforo is a custom field inside Plutio that allows PMs to set the current status of each project assigned to them.
Step by step
⚠️ Semaforo Status should be updated twice a week, every Monday and every Friday.
Verde - Good: time and budget okay
Yellow - Warning: we might not make it for time and budget, or we need to address resource allocation (objective is to foresee and address any possible issues with budget, time, or resource allocation)
Red - Critical: budget or time are over the limit (if status is critical then this app needs to be addressed asap and prioritized correctly)
