The objective of this SOP is to provide a comprehensive resource for project managers addressing frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to project management processes, tools, and best practices.

How long should I wait for clients on a call?

10 mins max, and then we follow up with them. 


What do I do with overlapping calls?

Reach out to your managers to see which call is priority. If a call goes over the estimated time, and you have another call you may leave the call and go to your next one.
