Our Communication Channels
In this documentation, you will find our main communication channels and how we use each one.
- Our PRIMARY communication method is written communication. In LCA you will read a lot, and you will write a lot. Being fully remote we need excellent async communication from all our teammates.
- Plutio is always our first choice for communication. The more we use Plutio, the easier it is to stay organized.
- Each of the following communication channels should be used on the daily, you MUST have each of these platforms with 0 new notifications at the end of your workday.
Plutio
Plutio is our Project Management Tool, it is our main communication tool. Anything regarding a project should be primarily communicated in Plutio.

Slack
Slack is our messenger tool, we use it to communicate on the daily and for instant conversations. You should avoid DMs and try to keep everything in its corresponding channel. There’s one channel per project.
Where to use: Download the app to your desktop and mobile.

Gmail
We use multiple other platforms such as whimsical where you might get tagged and notified via email. We use Gmail mostly for third party notifications.
