Test Cases Videos (per milestone/task)
Here you will find our standard operations procedure to record milestone videos. Each milestone video will include the entire flow outlined on the milestone. Flows can be per role or per journey depending on the platform we’re using for development.
Objectives
In order of priority:
- Quality Assurance: With these recordings you will triple check your work so we reduce errors when sharing with both the PM and client.
- Guidance: This videos help clients know how to test the app, since they can follow the devs demo.
- Documentation: These videos help as documentation for future/ongoing development.

Is the user flow outlined in the milestone included in the demo from start to finish?
Step by step
These are the steps to follow for recording the demos
- Open the app you’re about to demo
- Read the test case outlined as a sub-task under the milestone
- For Glide: One test case per milestone
- For Bubble: Multiple test cases per milestone
- Use the https://komododecks.com/ extension to record your screen
- Record a demo of the test case/milestone from start to finish
- Name the video:
- For Glide {Name of the App} I {Milestone Name}
- For Bubble {Name of the App} I {User Role > Tab/Flow Name}
- Re-watch the video and make sure it has audio
- Copy and paste the video link in the comments of the test case sub-task and tag the PM.
