Developer Working Hours
1. Purpose and Scope
This SOP outlines the working hours policy for developers at LowCode Agency and provides guidance on how Project Managers can monitor these hours. It applies to all Project Managers and developers working with the agency.
2. Definitions
- Dashboard: LowCode Agency's internal portal.
- Full-time: Standard working hours, typically 9 AM to 6 PM in the developer's local time zone.
3. Responsibilities
- Project Managers: Responsible for monitoring developer working hours and ensuring adherence to the policy.
- Developers: Required to work the specified hours and be available for communication during agreed times.
- Operations Team: Oversees the working hours policy and manages exceptions.
4. Requirements
- Access to LowCode Agency's dashboard
5. Procedure
5.1 Standard Working Hours
- Developers are expected to work 8 hours daily.
- Standard full-time hours are 9 AM to 6 PM in the developer's local time zone.
- Developers should be available for communication during these hours.
5.2 Exceptions
- Some developers (specifically Dom and Thinh) have special arrangements regarding their working hours.
- These exceptions are managed on a case-by-case basis by the Operations Team.
5.3 Monitoring Working Hours
- Access the LowCode Agency dashboard.
- Navigate to the developer working hours section.
- Select the specific developer to view their recorded hours.
- Review the hours logged for accuracy and adherence to the 8-hour daily requirement.
6. Exceptions and Special Scenarios
Developers with approved flexible working arrangements.
Time zone differences that may affect standard communication hours.
Project deadlines that may occasionally require extended hours.
