Our Process x Plutio
In the following document, you will find our process outlined as it is mapped on our project management tool, Plutio.
Plutio is our project management tool and it helps us ensure and organized projects with centralized communication, where you can find basically anything and everything about your project. It will be key for you to get familiar with Plutio for efficient communication, to ensure we stick to timeline, scope and budget. PM and BAs will make sure these are up to date and clean yet everyone at LCA MUST be active an active participant in Plutio on the daily, as it is our MAIN COMMUNICATION TOOL.
Any tasks that are assigned to your are on your court, we count on your prompt responses to make sure we have a successful and efficient project.
NAVIGATING BOARDS
See below how to navigate each of the boards:
1. Client Input Board - This is where your mainly interact to provide any resources/assets or licenses, ask questions, find FAQs, etc.

2. Calls & Timeline Board - Here's where you will find each phase and their duration and therefore our project timeline, and what we need from you to achieve the estimated timelines. You will also find how many calls are under your project's budget and timeline as well as the Agendas and recordings for each our our calls:

3. Design Board - Here you will find the different Design Milestones (usually one milestone per role) and within them the different flows for that role and their status (In Progress, Pending Approval, Approved). Remember no Design Milestone is sent to production until approved. You can keep up with the status of each milestone at all times by looking at this board. We will only require you to take action when any milestone is ready for revision/approval, and we will make sure to tag you or assign you if that is the case, so you get notified.
4. Development BoardHere you will find the different Development Milestones (usually one milestone per role per flow - here we go more granular as things are already defined in the wireframes).You can keep up with the status of each milestone at all times by looking at this board. We will only require you to take action when any milestone is ready for revision/approval, and we will make sure to tag you or assign you if that is the case, so you get notified
