When can I move forward with a task?

This SOP outlines the protocol for advancing maintenance tasks.

When can I move forward with a task?

Before starting a task, it MUST have a clear scope, MUST have dev points/hours, MUST be approved/paid by the client.

If the scope isn't clear, dev must raise their hand and reach out to the PM, but scope should be clear before moving to dev.

We might need the devs input for the scope and even assign him to help with the scope, but this should always happen under the "Backlog" column, never the "To-Do's" one.

⚠️ Only proceed with a task when it is assigned to you, and it's under the To-Do column, indicating that it has been properly scoped and paid for. Tasks without this assignment should not be initiated.

Formula: Scope OK + paid by the customer + assigned to dev by PM + is under the To-Do column  = good to go.
