Internal Process - The LowCode Way
This is an outline of the two stages, and each step within, of the internal process for the refinement phase.
Objectives
Get the project to the design phase: This is a critical phase, because it helps us understand the client's requirements, business goals, and user needs. It involves gathering information about what the software or project should accomplish, its scope, functionalities, and any specific technical requirements.
Procedure
⚠️ Important details to keep in mind for this process:
- This Process should take no more than 1 to 2 weeks.
- This starts as soon as the project is sold, and the payment has been confirmed.
- The PM must include a link to the call recording in all calls throughout the process.
