Regular Check-ins & Career Path Development
You'll have a dedicated 1:1 performance discussion with your manager at least once quarterly. These meetings are an opportunity to:
- Review your progress against your goals and project contributions.
- Discuss your career path at LowCode and identify the steps needed to advance.
- Collaboratively set new goals that support your personal and professional growth within the company.
Your Feedback Matters
Your perspective is invaluable to us. As part of each quarterly 1:1, you'll be asked to complete a brief survey to provide feedback on LowCode itself. This is your chance to share insights on company processes, communication, leadership, and any other areas where you believe we can improve. Your honest feedback helps us evolve and create a better environment for everyone.
Key Performance Areas
Your performance will be evaluated based on your contributions to projects and your overall impact. We focus on the following core aspects:
- Communication & Collaboration: How effectively you communicate with team members and stakeholders, and how well you collaborate to achieve shared goals.
- Support & Responsiveness: Your willingness to assist colleagues, your availability, and your timely responses to inquiries and needs.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Your ability to identify and address challenges, and how effectively you adjust to new situations and changing priorities.
- Overall Leadership (for Project Managers): For PMs, this includes your ability to guide teams, inspire others, and drive projects to successful completion.
