We have a $300 per team-mate per quarter education budget for any course you want to take for your professional development. Your manager has to approve the course. You need to add it here, so that anyone else on the team can also take it.
*The same goes for any tool or software license you might need to help you do your job better.
Financing 💲
If you need, work related stuff (computer, desk, chair, monitor/screen, additional online education, etc.) speak to your manager or Jesus.
*Applicable after having completed 3 months of work at LowCode.
Flexible schedules ⏰
Your contract has your schedule. We no longer offer flexible schedules, unless your role and contract say so. If you have questions, speak to your manager or Jesus.
Commissions for brought-in projects 💸
Do you know anyone interested in developing an app? Tell them about the no/low code world and bring them to LowCode. If the project closes, you will receive a 15% commission.
