Stuck on a Project?

If you're ever stuck on a project for ANY reason please raise your hand in your project's Slack channel, PLEASE don't wait for your PM or BA to ask if you're blocked, also make sure to mention it in your daily stand-ups. If you're blocked on a specific task, please add the task to the conversation. There are multiple ways to be blocked, you need access to an account, you need client input, you need PM revision, etc. If there's a related task in Plutio to your blocker you can tag your PM on the corresponding task in Plutio, if they don't respond soon enough then please reach out through the project channel in Slack.

How often do we review our salary?

Getting a salary raise will depend on your PR (Performance Reviews) and we usually review salaries once a year.

Why don't we assign devs right when a project comes in?

Because we depend too much on the wireframe approval.
