LowCode Refferal Program

 1. Purpose

The referral program encourages external partners, clients, and contacts to introduce new clients to LowCode Agency. This SOP ensures everyone in the team understands the program, can explain it clearly, and knows how to process referrals from start to finish.


 

2. What the Referral Program Is

  • External partners (Referral Partners) can earn a commission for introducing new clients to LowCode Agency.

  • The commission is 15% of the total cost of the initial project (Version 1).

  • Payments are made in the same installments as the client’s payment plan.

  • Example: If a client’s project costs $50,000 and is paid in 5 installments of $10,000 each → the referral partner gets $1,500 after each installment.

  • Important: Only the first version of the project is eligible. Future upgrades, new versions, or add-ons are excluded.


 

3. Who Can Be a Referral Partner

  • Anyone external to LowCode Agency who signs the Referral Partner Agreement.

  • They are independent contractors (not employees of LowCode Agency).

  • They are free to work with other companies.


 

4. How Referrals Are Submitted

  1. Referral Partner introduces a potential client to LowCode Agency (via email introduction, referral form, or directly to Sales).

  2. Sales logs the referral into our CRM.

  3. Before proceeding, confirm the lead is new and not already in our pipeline.


 

5. How the Program Works Step by Step

  1. Referral Agreement Signed

    • Before any commission is paid, the Referral Partner must sign the official agreement.

  2. Lead Becomes Client

    • If the referred person signs a project agreement and pays the first installment, the referral becomes “Active.”

  3. Commission Calculation

    • 15% of the project’s total Version 1 cost.

    • Paid in line with the client’s installment structure.

  4. Payment Process

    • Finance pays Referral Partner after each client installment.


6. Teammate Responsibilities

  • Sales:

    • Confirm lead validity.

    • Store signed agreements.

    • Communicate with the referral partner when their lead converts.

  • Finance:

    • Calculate and process commission payments.

    • Maintain payout records.

  • All Teammates:

    • Be aware that we have a referral program.

    • If asked by a partner or client, you can say:

      “Yes, we do have a referral program. You can earn 15% of the first project’s cost if someone you introduce becomes a client. Let me connect you with Sales for the details.” (Val and/or Angie)



 

7. Key Rules

  • Only Version 1 of the project qualifies.

  • No commission on extensions, future versions, or additional projects.

  • Referral Partners must keep company and client information confidential.
