If You Miss a Standup
You’re still expected to submit your responses. Post your check-in in your private channel and notify your team lead or supervisor to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
- Daily Check-in: Any task that was not finished yesterday will become top priority for today.
- Developer Priorities: Developers should note that the priorities sent every Friday overrule everything else
Why this Matters
These updates ensure:
-
Clear ownership and tracking across projects
-
Faster problem-solving
-
Stronger team coordination and accountability
- Visibility - Managers need to know how available you are to make decisions for upcoming projects
