What is the QA Phase?

The Quality Assurance (QA) phase involves rigorous testing to ensure the software meets quality standards and is free of defects. Quality Assurance is critical for delivering a reliable and high-quality product to the client.

Objectives

  • Test Planning: Develop a comprehensive test plan covering functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
  • Automated Testing: Implement automated testing where feasible to ensure consistent and repeatable test results.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  • Bug Tracking: Track bugs in order to document and manage identified issues.

Duration

This phase should take from 3 to 4 days, depending on the project.
