What is the Launch Phase?

This phase involves deploying the software and making it available to end users. The launch phase is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition from development to live operation, gather user feedback, and tackling bus to maximize user satisfaction.

Objectives

Monitoring: Monitor the software post-launch to identify and resolve any immediate issues.
Client Handover: Complete the handover process, including final documentation, and deliver v1 of the app.
User Communication: Ensure clear communication with end users regarding the launch.
Documenting Feedback: The clients need to launch v1 and then star gathering feedback from users in order to continue scale and adding new features.

This phase is completed once we have finalized all fixes and migrate, send and delivered all that's needed to run the software.
