What is the Design Phase?
This phase focuses on creating the visual and functional design of the software, including user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX), through the use of low and hi fidelity wire frames and user flows if needed. The wire frame becomes the main source of truth and everything that's not in there, is automatically out of scope.
Objectives
- User Experience (UX) Design: Create wireframes and user flows to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Develop visual designs and prototypes that align with the client's brand and requirements.
- Design Approval: Obtain client approval on design prototypes before proceeding to development.
- Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation to guide the development team.
