• Suggested, Not Mandatory: While it is not mandatory for all Bubble developers at LCA to be certified, it is strongly suggested.
• Timeline: Developers are encouraged to take the Bubble certification exam within their first 3 months of employment.

2. Exam Registration

• Email Usage: Use your @lowcode.agency email when registering for and taking the exam to ensure the certification is valuable to the agency.

3. Exam Preparation

• Resource: Utilize the Bubble certification questions resource to prepare for the exam: Bubble Cert Exam Preparation.
• Practical Tip: Open and use a Bubble app during the exam to help with practical questions.
• Focus Area: Pay special attention to the multiple-choice part, as it is considered the trickiest.

4. Certification Benefits

• Personal Development: This certification is beneficial for developers at a personal level.
• Transfer Option: If desired, developers can request Bubble to transfer the certification to their personal email account after passing.

5. Financial Incentive

• Refund Policy: LCA will refund the certification cost if the developer passes the exam.
• Attempt Limit: Developers are allowed only 2 attempts to pass the certification exam.
