Plutio As Our Source of Truth
Plutio as our single source of truth
Allow us to manage everything more efficiently and keep all tasks organized. Each app has its own project within Plutio, where all related tasks are managed.
The same structure will apply to the Design Department
🔑 By following this structure, we ensure a streamlined workflow and better collaboration within the Design Department.

How to Use Plutio for Design
1. Accessing the Design Board
- Go to Plutio and select the "LowCode" project.
- Once inside, navigate to the "Design" tab.
2. Understanding the Board Structure
- The Design Board is divided into multiple columns, each containing specific tasks.
- Some columns are static and serve as reference points with important, frequently used information. These should never be marked as complete:
- Call Tracking / Start Day
- Tools
- The Backlog column acts as a repository for ideas and unassigned tasks. PMs use this space to allocate LCA design-related work.
3. Task Workflow: Tasks will move through the following columns as they progress:
- To Do – Tasks that are pending but have not yet been started.
- Doing – Tasks that are currently in progress.
- Ready for Revision (Internal) – An optional stage where a second designer's review is needed before final approval.
- Completed – Tasks that have been finalized and approved.
4. Daily Workflow & Task Tracking
- At the beginning of each shift, track your work in "Check Notifications / Set Tasks".
- Create any new tasks you need to work on for the day (in case you need it) and assign them to yourself.
Important:
If you're working on multiple tasks related to the same topic, avoid creating too many separate tasks, as this can become overwhelming. Instead, create a single task with subtasks to keep everything organized.
- The task title should include the number of subtasks.
- Update the title as you complete each subtask to reflect the remaining work.
This approach will help streamline your workflow and keep the board more manageable:
