Lo-Fi Wireframe Approval

Once wireframe is ready for approval and final...

  1. Ensure that the client has comment access here:
  2. Inform the client that ordinarily, we do not grant comment access, but we are making an exception, trusting that their feedback will be minimal. Additionally, explain that we are proposing the best UI/UX based on our expertise with Glide, and we are granting comment access not to alter flows but rather to provide feedback on aspects that may need refinement.
  3. You may optionally send the client a video showcasing the updates (which could be beneficial in this case).
  4. Encourage the client to approve the wireframe. Instruct them that if they have no comments on the wireframe, they should respond to your message with "Wireframe Approved."
  5. Specify the expected date of approval and inform them that once the wireframe is approved, development will commence.

Sample text to share for wireframe approval: "We will develop your app in phases. More details about phases here. I mention phases at this stage, since to start we need Super Admin wireframe approval as follows".

High Priority to Approve - We need approval or ALL comments by next Wednesday

1. Super Admin (Main Features)

  • User & Company Management
  • Evidence Management
  • Assessment Management
  • Profile

Low Priority to Approve - We need approval or ALL comments by next Friday

2. Super Admin (Secondary Features)

  • Activities
  • Reports

I will grant you comment access to the wireframe, since I think it would be the best way to communicate, but please not objective is not to change what we have but rather polish it to keep things in budget/scope.

Important notes when reviewing:

⚠️ FOCUS ON FLOWS, AND MAKING SURE THAT THERE'S NOTHING MISSING IN EACH OF THE SCREENS. DON'T FOCUS TOO MUCH ON LAYOUT OR UI, THAT WILL BE BEST AND FINAL WHEN WE MOVE TO THE HI-FI WIREFRAMES. Development timeline is subject to wireframe approval. As soon as the wireframe is approved, we start developing, not sooner. Remember, we need to keep things within budget/scope = timeline.

Here's the link to your wireframe, excited to get your approval!
