Glide App Feedback Survey

All Glide Apps will have a feedback survey to help LCA to collect feedback

Considerations:

• All users can complete it
• Admin will see the responses of app users
• LCA can enter the app and collect feedback there

Normal Users:

• When it’s mobile it will be located in the hamburger menu

•  When it’s desktop it can be added in any part of the app, the client will decide where
