Client Onboarding Call

Everything to consider on the onboarding call with client, form preparation before, agenda and the presentation. 

Step by step

⚠️ All calls with the client most be recorder by the PM.

Preparation

  1. Review scope thoroughly (calls, assets, etc.)
    • Gather as many assets from the client as you can before the call, such as data sheets, presentations, PDF’s etc. (this can really help with context).
  2. Outline user flows and hierarchies in Whimsical based on scope as best as possible (questions will arise).
    • Gather and write down PM, Design & Dev questions and add them to the user flows.

Agenda/Presentation

  1. Fill in an Agenda presentation for Onboarding call linking to the relevant docs, such as the user flows and hierarchies Whimsical boards.
    1. Intros
    2. Purpose - always same statement
    3. Questions/Discovery
      1. Link to data sheet (optional)
      2. Link to user flows (optional)
      3. Questions
    4. Timeline
